Your use of the Soouq Live application constitutes your full acknowledgment and commitment to comply with the terms and conditions stated on this page, which represent a formal and binding agreement between the Soouq Live application and its users, including stores of all kinds, customers, and delivery agents (couriers).
Soouq Live is a platform that connects service providers ("couriers"), who are individuals providing delivery and purchase services from stores on behalf of customers, with customers on the other hand.
The application also connects commercial shops, stores, and all commercial entities available on the platform with customers and couriers.
You must refrain from using the application if you do not agree to these terms.
Your use of the application means your implicit acceptance of all terms and conditions of the Soouq Live application.
The application may introduce new updates, and you are required to continuously review the Terms and Conditions.
Soouq Live reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Accordingly, users must review the Terms and Conditions regularly to stay informed of any changes. The Soouq Live team is not obligated to notify users of any changes. Users are also encouraged to review the Privacy Policy to understand how Soouq Live uses the information collected from users.

## Obligations
By using the Soouq Live application, you acknowledge and irrevocably agree to the following:
* You must provide a valid national ID if you are a Saudi citizen, or a valid residency permit if you are a resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

* You must refrain from stealing ideas or businesses to create competing services, or using application data to establish a competing or similar business. Copying or imitation is strictly prohibited.
* You may not copy, transmit, publish, transfer, or record any part of the application without written authorization from Soouq Live management.
* You must maintain the confidentiality of passwords and all other data, which are provided to you securely and privately.
* You must provide authentic and accurate identity information and must not engage in fraud or misrepresentation. Legal action will be taken in case of fraud.
* You are responsible for any telecommunications or messaging fees charged by service providers.
* You must not attempt reverse engineering, decryption, source code extraction, photographing internal designs, or exploiting texts or images within the application.

## Right to Suspend or Ban Users
Soouq Live reserves the right to prevent any store, customer, or courier from using the application, with or without cause, and without obligation to justify such action. Affected users may not object to or file complaints against Soouq Live for suspension or service restriction.

## Scope of Services

### Content Ownership and Licensing
* You retain ownership of all content you create and broadcast
* By using the live streaming feature, you grant Soouq Live a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your live streams within the Soouq Live platform
* You grant viewers the right to watch your live streams through the Soouq Live application
* Soouq Live does not claim ownership of your broadcast content
### Service Availability and Limitations
* Live streaming functionality depends on YouTube's services and infrastructure
* Soouq Live does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of live streaming services
* Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or YouTube service disruptions
* Soouq Live is not responsible for any losses resulting from YouTube service interruptions
### Account Connection and Data
* To use live streaming, you must connect your Google/YouTube account to Soouq Live

## Prohibited Items
It is strictly forbidden for users of Soouq Live to use, deliver, trade, or offer the following items, including but not limited to:
### Gambling Materials
Sports betting, online gambling memberships, lottery tickets, and similar items.
### Pornographic Materials
Any pornographic or indecent content that violates public morals.
### Counterfeit Goods
Fake products, forged trademarks or signatures, counterfeit currencies or stamps, or any items requiring licenses.
### Drugs and Unauthorized Medicines
Illegal drugs, unlicensed medicines, prohibited substances, preparation tools, herbal pills promoting illegal use, or substances claiming medical benefits without scientific proof.
### Human Organs
Human organs, body parts, fluids, stem cells, or embryos.
### Alcohol
Wine, champagne, and all intoxicating beverages.
### Harmful Animals and Plants
Parts of harmful animals, blood, fluids, endangered plants, prohibited seeds, or protected organic materials.
### Hacking and Security Circumvention Devices
SIM cards, tools, or devices used to bypass digital security or decrypt devices.
### Cybercrime Materials
Software or tools enabling illegal access to systems, servers, websites, or protected properties.
### Smuggled or Stolen Goods
Smuggled items, stolen goods, or goods violating import/export regulations.
### Intellectual Property Violations
Unauthorized copies of books, music, films, software, games, or licensed content.
### Illegal or Unlicensed Medicines
Medicines not approved by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority.
### Illegal Goods
Goods that are illegal, promote illegal acts, are not owned by the seller, violate ownership rights, or require formal registration procedures.
### Criminal Materials
Crime-related items, images, or personal belongings linked to criminal acts.
### Precious Materials
Gemstones, precious metals.
### Weapons
Weapons, ammunition, knives, silencers, tear gas, and weapon-like artistic items.
### Inappropriate Materials
Any content that violates morals, religion, or law, including:
* Violence incitement
* Hate speech, racism, extremism
* Defamation or reputation harm
### Illegal Communication Devices

### Traffic-Related Devices
License plate covers, traffic signal manipulators, radar jammers.
### Delivery to Minors
Soouq Live reserves the right to refuse service to individuals under 18 years old.
### Luxury Items and Jewelry
High-value luxury goods and jewelry are prohibited from delivery.
### Protected Handicrafts
Protected archaeological, cave formations, or burial-related materials.
### Heavy or Oversized Items
Items exceeding 50 kg or not fitting in vehicles are prohibited.

* Responsibility for pickup and delivery lies jointly with the courier and the customer.

## Order Cancellation and Refunds
* Orders cannot be canceled after acceptance by a store or courier.
* Orders in preparation cannot be canceled and will be fully charged.
* Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the same payment method.
* Refunds may take up to 25 business days depending on the issuing bank.
* Compensation is capped at SAR 100 and processed within two months if Soouq Live is at fault.
* Certain items (e.g., prepaid cards, groceries, fragile or consumable items) are non-refundable.
